At Soluna Car Bar, we believe that the true meaning of hospitality is not only found in what we serve in the glass or on the plate, but also in the small difference we can make around us.
Inspired by the authentic Cretan spirit of hospitality and the pure local ingredients we use in our signature cocktails and small dishes, we decided to support another form of care as well: helping stray and abused animals.
By enjoying our locally inspired cocktails, you also help support animal welfare organizations and shelters across Greece that work to protect and care for animals in need.
Our vision and long-term goal is to create our own animal shelter — the first dedicated shelter against animal abuse and exploitation — actively contributing to addressing a problem that unfortunately remains very present in Crete.

Some of the dogs you may see have been found abandoned or in difficult conditions. They are looked after in a safe, private space, where they receive temporary care until a better solution is found.
